About my products
My handmade ceramics are individually hand crafted and hand painted. I produce work in small batch runs or as one off pieces, so no two pieces are alike. This means that when an item is sold out, it may not be repeated.
Due to being handcrafted there will be variations in size, weight, colour and finish. Handcrafted means imperfections may occur, but this is what makes the pieces unique.
Refund/ReturnPolicy
All ceramics for transporting are packaged with bubble wrap and padding. Please contact me immediately if any breakages or damages have occurred during transport. I will endeavour to refund and or replace/exchange with a similar item after the damaged item has been returned.
However, once transaction has been processed, refunds will not be made for change of mind.
Care for Ceramics
Ceramic materials are breakable. Handle with care. Dropping, or rough treatment will result in damage. To clean, use a wet soft cloth and gently wipe away marks. Use a mild soap only.
The Shady Lady Lamp is powered by a 5V LED light which is USB powered and can be plugged to a usb port/hub, 240/120V USB adapter or portable battery pack. The lamp switch is turned to on when assembled, if the lamp does not turn on when first plugged in, gently press down on the lamp bulb inside the lampshade. To avoid placing your hand inside the delicate woven lampshade, there is only a need to do this once.
Warranty: Free replacement of non functioning LED bulb within 1 year of purchase. Contact me for any Shady Lady Lamp questions.

Postage and Delivery
Once pieces are completed orders may take up to a week to package and process before sending.
All postage rates are based on estimated rates through Australia Post. Changes to costs or time frames on postage are beyond my control. If you require insurance on your item, this can be added at an additional cost request, please message me before purchasing. Once the item is sent, I am not responsible for any hold ups on domestic or international transport or taxes or duties that may ocur on international orders.
